At The Turntable Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your equipment in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the turntable and all original accessories, manuals, and protective foam back into the original manufacturer's box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
